Position: Associate Director, Parish Catechetical Leadership Formation

Salary: Commensurate with experience
The Office of Catholic Education in the Catholic Diocese of
Richmond has an immediate opening for an Associate Director of
Parish Catechetical Leadership Formation.
The Associate Director will provide education and
formation for both volunteers and career/professional
catechetical ministers within the Diocese.
This person will also assist and implement the diocesan
ministry formation program.
Strong presentation, training and administration skills
and background are necessary for this role.
This position is based out of the Pastoral Center in
Richmond.
Qualifications:
This position requires a Master’s
degree in Theology, pastoral studies, religious education or a
related field and a minimum of three years experience in a
parish or diocesan ministerial position.
This is a full-time,
permanent position with full benefits as outlined in Called to
