Position: Administrative Assistant, Office of the Bishop

The Office of the Bishop seeks a full-time administrative
assistant to provide confidential administrative support to the
Bishop and his Special Assistant and Advisor. On an as
needed basis, this role will also provide administrative
assistance to members of the
Bishop's Administrative Advisory Council (BAAC).
A high school diploma or its equivalent, plus three or more
years of experience preferably as an Executive Assistant is
required. College degree is preferred. Knowledge,
abilities, and skills required include a strong working
knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft
Word, Excel and databases. Additionally, an exemplary
record of confidentiality, demonstrated diplomacy, excellent
follow-up, an ability to work with diverse groups, and a
courteous and professional manner is necessary. A candidate that
is a Catholic in good standing is required.
